What a day that was

Left Caerphilly 7:30 in mini bus with 2 seats taken up by Slabs of Stella.

Following 2 Chelsea buses into services on M1, saying "we might have to give this one a miss", to find Chelsea dribve through as there must have been 1500 Cardiff in those services.

500 a side in a pub Car Park Dai Hunt Trying to Ref

Being turned away from ground due to forementioned Slabs of Stella

Returning to Ground minus Stella and collecting from tame local after game.

Telling Rick Wight that he'd be mad to walk away from the City with this lot following. Fair play he looked sacared out of his wits that day.

Great City Performance that day

Arriving home next Morning Mrs Siadwell not happy as Baby Siadwell only 3 weeks old at time.

Sorry That beat 4 Trips to Wembley for memories.

Wrexham away I hosted a busload from Gabalfa cos i was living up in
North Wales then. Luckily they'd been before, because I was unconcious
on the journey back and they remembered the way without me.

I went with a guy dressed as Captain Bluebird      And the City team coach overtaking us on the way up all the city players doing the :ayatollah: and a Minibus doing about 70 mph in the middle lane the back doors bursting open and a load of Lads hanging out the Back. The look on the Players faces they were pissing themselves. But i agree with poster above those games against Wrexham and Scunthorpe beats all 4 Wembley appearances put together. :ayatollah:

I was there 93 at Scunthorpe. 19 I was. Was with wheelchair user and had to sit in scunnys version if our grandstand. Gutted I was everytime we scored, place went mental with city fans and I was the only one keeping schtum. Went to Wrexham one year where we won 2 nil and out of all the coaches that city took I was with my cousins on the 1 and only coach that broke down. Wrexham fans jumped on and new the score and invited the coach load into their club house until our replacement coach arrived :ayatollah: drinking Wrexham lager (I think). Ah, happy days.
