Thousandth viewing, got to be touchin a nerve !

Cardiff City Ticket Office have treated there loyal season ticket holders very badly with its poor handling of the distribution of these tickets. Firstly they gladly take our hard earned money from us with an early season ticket offer but fail to make sure that the computer system they are using can deal with what they offered us. Secondly they cause further worry to us all by delaying sending out the tickets.
Still we should be used to it by now they have a long history in taking the p...

Droopy, f**k up u complete and utter toss pot!! We r entitled to b disgruntled, I ordered my tickets on the 12th, still waitin and beginning to get twitchy. Stop lookin for an argument u bell end!!

From experience if you are not in to sign for the delivery you get a card saying to collect from your local Collection Post Office.

But these normally only open from 8am to Noon.

So if you are not home for the delivery and only get a card tomorrow (thursday) - you have only Friday morning or Saturday morning to collect your tickets.
Ok if you can make those hours and if you have transport.
Buggered if you can't.

Had ours today,went home for dinner heard a knock on the door & the postie asked me to sign a special delivery,he asked if they were final tickets and said hed had quite a few of these

Mine arrived today but nobody in to sign for it...

The depot is open til 7pm tho, so will collect tomorrow.

So tickets will be received on the Friday before a Sunday game. NOT GREAT.

Some people would have been booking hotels or trains.
#Luckily I'm driving up Sunday mornin....

Ticket Office Management need to apologise and resolve never to dump on faithful fans again...
