More so a current that appears in many posts - a lot of blatant sexism appears on this forum, primarily through the method of sexual objectification.

"We dont want him here. Hes not Malkys type of player" when reffering to a players ego rather than his football ability.
Feck sake if you want to be a top, top manager you have to be able to manage all sorts.

Cant agree with you there Polo. Every manager has their style of player and would be an idiot to invest in someone they wouldn't want to manage. If you went and bought a can of white paint and when you got the lid off it was red you wouldn't want to make do.

Could Lionel Messi* do a job for us?
* alternatively, insert the name of another shit, over-the-hill journeyman player here.
Also...
Not so much a line, but the post-hammam attitude of some fans. It's all well and good wanting the owners to spend a bit of money on new blood, but you act like you are being hard done by, by owners that you feel should be spending millions chasing promotion. I'm not one to say that it was better in Division 4, in front of 1500 fans. In all fairness, it was shit back then. But we all had a common hope in those days, to see City near/where they belonged. I guess I resent these fans because they haven't lived through the really bad times as I have, and so don't really appreciate what they have now. I, for one, am simply happy to have a club to support at all. I guess times have to change, but that doesn't mean that i have to, surely!?

100% agree with polo on the "malky type of player". He's been her just over half season how can you define his type of player? Everyclub got different styles of players, what now if he does indeed sign a player which the fans don't think he's malkys type of player ?
