Also paid for sponsorship which I believe is the highest amount ever to counteract it.

Doesn't bothe me at all if we never spent a penny of transfer fees they are keeping us a float. Maybe we should get a owner like Pompey had and spent and spend

Your missing the whole point here 2blue.
Its wasted money WE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IN THE LONG RUN not the owners plus it could be put to better use within the squad thats what i mean by it.

I'm sorry I don't really understand what you mean

Yes we will have to pay them back in the long term so surely running a well run club is essential? And not wasting money?

If you mean the gamble then we should just get PR back and go with it

We are paying for the adventures out there its NOT the malaysians wallet weather it be from PR peoples stunts to adverts on there tv networks.I could write you a list of the money we are throwing away over there.Nobody wants PR back lets be fair if your talking about risk then how else do the owners expect a return or ever want a return then if they do not invest in the SQUAD ??because i can not see any other way there going to get one without a squad pushing in the top two. There was no better time when we was 3rd in the league and the window was open for 31 days which we remained in 3rd the whole time, but then we was told the old "THE PLAYERS WE BID FOR 3-4HRS BEFORE DEADLINE DID NOT WORK OUT" trick yet we had a supposed 4.5million floating around for these 31days like peanuts on a bar  .People soak up everything there told from what comes out of the club yet some know better.

How do you know we are paying for the work in Malaysia? Just because they use our "brand"?

So only clubs that spent spend spend go up? Surely west ham and Leicester are well away in the league then?

Who said we bid last minute for these players? It seems talks were ongoing for week, in sordells case a target for months. Leaving bids until the end means you have a much greater chance of not being outbid. Watford and Brighton confirmed we had offers accepted. If we had bid 3m for sordell mid jan do you think he would have signed? I find that very doubtful indeed.

Also who says we had 4m all jan to spend? The cup win would have had an effect, further income to be spend when a business is being run properly.

The gamble!!!! we did it under Sam and the club was taken from him easier than a taking candy from a baby. PR them drove us into the ground chasing the dream. Excuse my if I don't get excited by the lack of transfers but the club means more to me than signing.

i love the amount the malaysians are apparently subsidising us by every month it keeps getting higher lol

the foundation in malaysia is a cracking pr stunt out there, the malaysians have obviously seen a market and think they can get the country behind our club and imagine what that would mean in shirt sales alone + whatever other products of ours could be sold.

Let's make no mistake we don't know until the accounts are released but one thing is certain, we dont have players and staff not being paid and HMRC knocking every month trying to wind the club up. This alone is a success that we could only of dreamed of not long ago. As usual our fans had short memories.

we are definately in a better place but to be subsidised by anywhere near that amount just don't really total up, our wage bill for one has to be significantly lower than last year

On players yes, but who manager to be paid, a load of back room staff paid off, new back room staff brought in. Then compensation for them all. Then we bought things like the pitch lights, it's all adds up.

I can't see us getting more than 1 more loan signing to be honest because there are so many things that have to fall into place for a loan deal to be secured.

Our squad is looking very thin at the moment. Huds, Macca and Gunnar all out tomorrow.

Huds and Macca are touch and go for Wembley apparently. But on a positive note Gunnar should be alright for Saturday.

Come on City! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

So your answer to that is to keep demanding more and more players

I expect the accounts to be higher, its obviously going to be higher when you consider all the double staff we are paying and purchases such as the lights. I would think it will be about 2-3 years before we see the effect of the cut backs.

THIS IS HOW IT IS
1.Its either we get a squad to get to the prem for them to get a return and settle big debts outrite i guess.
2.we carry on running on losses which convets in to more debt we owe the malaysians as sooner or later its gonna go pop .....Like big brother would say "you decide" .Just wait and see the accounts when they become public :ayatollah:

I dont understand what you mean just wait and see the accounts, its like you think we should be expecting reduced debt. I would be certain its going to be the highest its ever been, thats obvious with our current out goings.

What does spending money guarentee? If spending money equals success then why are Leicester in 12th?
