im suprised so many of you saying you knew it would go wrong and still used this system , there is no hurry to get your tickets today ,if you qualify your tickets are guaranteed wait till they sort the problem out,and try again ,i think the only way people who require there2nd ticket will have to go to the ticket office with details of 1st ticket get it cancelled and get them to issue you 2 ofr more together on a personal note i wanted and qualified for multi tickets ,went to the ground today 6 am got what i wanted by 11am ,1000s there by 8am stewards were there doing there best to keep everyone informed of what awas going on ,they even managed to get most of them inside out of the cold ,the office staff turned up early opened b4 10am to be fair,it was obviose that at some time people would be turned away and advised not to que as the staff would have to finish at sometime (it is a sunday after all)imo they have done a very hard job well today ,my experience was the girl serving me was very helpful and found me seats that i was looking for even though she didnt have to ambassodors have all week to get there tickets and dont have to do it in person anyone can get them 4 them with there st card, try to join together in groups send one person in to get them all together good luck and keep calm :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Why are people panic buying?

If you are entitled to 2 tickets you will get them, surely.

OK the E-ticketing thing isnt working, not ideal, but why are people who are planning to get 2, jumping the gun and securing their 1st ticket? They are not going to sell out mun, youve got 1 whole week to sort it out.

Just checked the Time Line information for getting your tickets on the club's website. In the first week of sales i.e. from 12th Feb. until 19th Feb. onwards it makes no distinction between the approx. 10,000 Ambassadors who have renewed season tickets for next year and Season Ticket holders who have not yet renewed and therefore in theory are not Ambassadors. There is no mention of current Season Ticket holders who have not renewed therefore all current season ticket holders have to buy their tickets this week. If the Ticketmaster database hasn't been merged with the clubs to confirm who has already renewed it'll be a nightmare to do it restrospectively won't it ?
