if your down there tell them that eticketing will ony let 1 ticket per person who has renewed, tell them to sort it out

Been waiting in eticketing queue now for 15 mins (the scroll bar is almost at the end!!) so looks like a approx 20 minute wait online. But surely if you have the other people's Fan No's you can book other people's aswell??

You can book using another persons number. However you can only book one under a number. If you have renewed you cannot book the extra ticket........this is very disappointing....well done e-ticketing another screwed up.

Yes but only being able to book one ticket per person is a balls up! you cant even buy the extra ticket your are entitled to for renewing early on line !!! Why is it they never think of the simplest of things ! Idiots.

I cannot now order under my girls RENEWED ST. I cant order under my extra RENEWED ST. The club officials are going to have a lot of unhappy customers tomorrow complaining.

please check the STICKY section anyone who wants to buy for 2 or more SEASON TICKET holders online through E-Ticketing as I have posted how you can do this!

As for the other extra (Early Renewal) ticket you are entitled to - well, another mess up by the club!

Got on the phone at 10am and they answered straight away without the long cold queue, got front tier seats Row 1. Lesson learned from the cold queuing for FA Cup final tickets !!!! C'mon City, we are only playing a mid table Premier League side, they only live off there history off 20 years ago
