I did post we have moved on from cup & string.The thing is people use phones and can be online these days anywhere in the world,im logged on here most days/nights with a refresh button at home and when im out or working,what diffence does that make

Some of your comments in your post are fair. We certainly aren't the most attractive team in the world. I suppose we have been lucky in some games. I suppose that's football you don't always get everything you deserve. I now have a question for you what expectations did you have at the start of the season,and what expectations do you have now at this time of the season.

At the start of the season i expected us to be mid-table ish with the squad we had but get more players in squad wise before the season kicked off and we didnt.
As for now i expected us to have 3-4 good signings in because there was no better time than before the window closed on jan 31st but we didnt really ,all we have got is ONE kid if you put it that way and that will not get us up and we was in 3rd at the time before deadline ended,Everyone knows the players are out on there feet and have been for weeks.I expect nothing this season now because we dont have the squad for it now we are this far in and will only get youngsters in if that i guess,all onloan so there not even ares to work with for next season which to me made sence to get in perm contracts to work with for seasons to come before deadline day

In all fairness to the OP whilst he may have some facts incorrect the spirit of the post is something we all know. We have a pretty competative first eleven but a paper thin squad overall. If the club are serious about promotion then the manager has to be backed with the cash as what we haven't got is strength in depth, we can't do what other clubs can and bring equally good players on like for like. Showed during the Blackpool game and today on CC Player it sounded like we were outplayed for most of the game despite Sheps best efforts.

Sounded as though Whitts was totally taken out of the game but we have nothing in reserve to help him out, we are very short on bodies that is obvious, Annis in all fairness has been saying this for months. Still even if we drop out the play off places we're doing a lot better than most, including me, thought we would at the begining of the season.

I would of liked some experienced signings in jan. It can't be under estimated that jan is a sellers Market. I know we moved for our targets in noone,Phillips and sordell. Those players would cost up to 5 million in total if our bids were accepted. Your early season expectations were probably mirrored by the majority of supporters. IMO we should learn from last season and not put to much pressure on the team,management and even the directors of the club. People might say we should strike when the irons hot but I really don't want the club to be burdened with more debt. Yes I would of liked more transfer activity. Would you be happy to grow stronger every summer when better deals can be made?

Wow 41 posts and only TWO people have had anything good to say on whats been said in my 1st post,i salute you pair because you had something constructive to say and talk about football within whats been said in the thread,But some revert to name calling and five word posts that have nothing to do with the thread but there you have it thats the internet for you

We are poor.Been saying this for 5-6 weeks to be honest and got slated for it off many people on here and called all sorts and its showing now,you only have to look at results and the performance to prove this.We have been playing poor for ages now but getting results somehow in games in the past yet now we are not getting the results with more poor showings everyone notices the performances more then,here is what ive seen over the last 5-6 weeks.

Vs Doncaster 1-1 (Away)
played terrible with the old hoofball past are five in midfield with 3shots on goal the whole game how we even got a point from this i have no idea but they was just as bad as us thank god.

Vs pompey 3-2 (Home)
2-0 down and come back to win 3-2 it was a miracle to be honest but we put away the little clear cut chances we had even though i thought we was very poor on the day with again the hoofball past are five in midfield but we got a result somehow.

Vs Saints 1-1 (Away)
First half i thought we done well we was on top but still only 2 shots on goal over 94mins.The 2nd half was a total reverse they was hammering us all over the park and attack after attack which ended up with them getting a pen from a dodgy McNaughton handball (never a pen to start with) but the ref bottled it as there fans got on his back,Due to others being waved away.The game continued as the saints dominated and we was well lucky to come out the game with a draw with the chances they had marshall played well for once,still a poor showing from us 2nd half,we looked knacked after 45mins.

Vs blackpool 1-3 (Home)
Blackpool better side for most of the match if im being honest but we was 1-0 up with 15mins to go,super kev got taken off darcy come on and matt phillips ran riot with him but holloway bringing on bednar+kevin phillips made the diffrence and the last 15mins showed us this for all to see.It was hoofball to there center halfs missing are whole midfield,nobody picking up 2nd balls,shit defending but overall another tired performance with 5 shots the whole game vs blackpools 16.

Vs leicester 2-1 (Away)
What can i say we done nothing at all hoofball and hope ZERO shots on target but we had a few corners.They was all over us for 95mins they had 17 attempts on goal which was always going to win vs nothing comming from us at all bar long balls from which was missing are midfield,honestly they might aswell have have not been there.Tired call it what you want but it wasnt good enough i know that.It was a really bad performance.

So we got 5 points from 15 available but these results show how bad we have been performing,you could go as far as saying doncaster and saints plus Pompey could have turned us over which would have left us with ZERO points and not many city fans would of argued them results going off are showings in them games on the day,we been really lucky over the last 5-6weeks.If city fans think im being negative so be it as this is what it is.Im glad we are up near the top but i said 5-6 weeks back its down hill from here and got ripped apart for it .If teams with there games in hand win then we will be 8th this time wendesday morning.I couldnt give too shites about are CUP FINAL it means nothing to me but thats all some care about on here.If we was somehow to win it i would trade it any day for the 15points ive gone over in this post within a second for the dream to ticket to prem

Now before i get the "nob" and "i know nothing" one worded replys i would rather people debunk everything ive said because i can not see any faults in what ive said any one worded abusive replys will just be ignored

I've only been to two of these games and if I was to judge on that I would have to agree with all of this, except for the score errors.

Doncaster and Leicester are the two games and if we continue to play like we did in these games I can see our attendances dropping. The time has come to see how good Malki is now. Will we have a couple of months of dreary like we did under DJ or will we witness a quick turnaround unlike what Jones was capable of?

that is exactly where i stand on the matter. i will debate seriously with anyone if i can see they love cardiff city and only have genuine concerns for the club and expectations that resemble anything like the real world!
But when i come on here after every defeat (or draw) and it's the same old posters who absolutely cant wait to have a pop at anything cardiff city related, whether it's the board, the manager or the players, i'm not gonna waste my time having a serious debate with them.
