The game doesn't register loans that happen in real life unless they're season long loans. It's how I signed Chris Wood on a failed championship challenge.

With you on that one. I'm in 19th place and have been inches away from being sacked. Twice!
I seem to do well for 3 or 4 games, then do terrible for 6 or 7 where my defending is shite. Then I go back to my 3 or 4 games doing well. I'm doing alright at the moment after beating Donny (who are higher than me) and beating Histon in the FA Cup 3-0 with a reserve side. Hopefully that will get they boys morale up so they can win a few more.

P.S - Every one of my staff contratcts expire in June and a lot of players. Is it like this for everyone? Because i'm sure Kenny is on a 2-year deal

Hmm... you're right. Maybe on his save Swansea cancelled the loan? Or maybe it's not been updated on Football manager.

To be honest I don't know how I managed to get Spence but I remember him definitely being on loan to Bristol City when I started the game. It's a strange one because I tried signing Wolves' Leigh Griffiths as well and although he agreed to sign for me, he couldn't join until January when his loan with Hibernian expired?

Currently Leicester in the 2017-18 season, top of the table, need 3 points to win the league and my final three games....

Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool... HELP!!! haha

Just dont change much 1st season.

I won the league fairly comfortably, Miller scores loads as a poacher, he hit 25 in the prem too.

I offloaded deadwood (Gerrard, Gypes, Taiwo etc) and brought in Ambrose, then I loaned Frimpong, they both played in my diamond along with Whitts and Cowie.

Miller and Earnshaw upfront did OK, and also Blackman from Blackburn seems a good foil for Miller. Also if you are top in Januray, TG went and bought me Jordan Rhodes to ensure I got promoted.

FM is all about little changes each season, I just won the Premier League with City in 2015. When you get promoted, buy youth as the budget isnt really there until you get Champs League.

Mattia Destro, Kevin Shantl, Jack Robinson were all frees for me and are now three of the best players in their position. Destro hits 30 plus goals each season from 2014. After 2012 there are some new gen players from the lower leagues who are absolute gems at the age of 16/17, just get your scouts searching the lower leagues. Tord Grip and Ray Clarke are two scouts that you have to get!
