Don't be so sensitive. it's a bit of banter FFS! After putting up with years of you lot lording it over us, did you really think that some of us might not take the oppertunity to come on here and rub your noses in it? Remember.. You lot can have very short memories when it suits you. It was only last season that Whittingham was getting slagged off left, right and centre by you lot for looking disinterested and lazy. Remember that, or am I making it up?

Firstly JackArmyWalesNumber1 (and Tragic Flaps, you're included too), good banter, there’s nothing wrong with good banter. However, you seem to be an individual that likes answers to his questions, so I’ll gladly satisfy your request...

So none of the Cardiff City ‘squad’ could get into the Swansea squad, let alone the first XI?

If you had mentioned the first XI then I would have to agree to a certain extent, that there are players in your team that are better than ours. I’d be concerned if my team were a league above but had predominantly worse players than one a division below. Maybe I should go onto the Newport County forum (if there is such a thing, but I wouldn’t know as I don’t search for other team’s forums) and tell them how much better our team/squad is?

However, you’ve quite obviously stated that you genuinely believe that your ‘squad’ players are all better than any of our players, so I’ll humour you for a minute....

Goalkeepers
José Moreira and Gerhard Tremmel or David Marshall and Tom Heaton?

I think both of our keepers win hands down there.

Defenders:

Darnel Situ, Joe Walsh, Federico Bessone, Curtis Obeng or Mark Hudson, Kevin McNaughton, Anthony Gerrard, Ben Turner.

Wouldn’t you prefer our ‘squad’ players, over yours?

Midfield:

Jordan Smith, Gwion Edwards, Kurtis March or Peter Whittingham, Craig Conway, Aron Gunnarsson

Wouldn’t you prefer our ‘squad’ players, over yours?

Strikers:

Luke Moore, Casey Thomas or Kenny Miller, Joe Mason

In answer to your absurd question, I have named 11 players who would walk into your ‘squad’.

If you wanted to discuss best XI, then fine...but you didn’t.

Maybe you should go out for a few hours for some fresh air. There’s a lovely little place outside Swansea called Gower, which is nice

Dyer is obviously having a great season in your system but in our system I think mason playing off graham would be awesome. Think graham is just the sort of striker we need, good finisher, decent in the air and on the floor. Wonder if malky would have convinced board to splash out on him here if he had been in post earlier?

Their keeper and their defence is better than ours, their wingers are miles better than ours, Whitts and Gunnarson are as good, if not better than the likes of Britton, Mark Gower, Kemy Augestin, and Miller is better than every single one of Swanseas strikers, bar maybe Graham, who would probably just edge it on age, but in his prime Graham couldnt lace Millers boots.

Possibly but his role is hardly unique or difficult, I am sure with someone of Whits ability he could do what Britton does ie: ticking play over with 5 yard passes sideways and backwards, no problem whatsoever.
