Re: Will you support Malky no matter what happens...

Unlike a few maybe a growing few who are just beginning to question Malky's ability to get City to the promised land,no unlike them i have always been consistent with my concerns about our Manager's ability particularly in the transfer market,i also think he is by nature a defensive Manager who is quite content to sit back and try to defend a one goal advantage, but what happens if the wheels start coming off and the team is unable to defend that advantage and we end up either drawing or worse still losing the game,i think we have seen a few examples of it actually happening already,in answer to your question,if i think that Malky is not the right man for the job then no he does have my support if on the other hand he goes on to prove that my doubts about his ability are unfounded he will have my complete backing, remember there is no one bigger than the club like i have said many times on here i have been a supporter for close on 50 years and in that time i have seen more Managers come and go than you lot have had cooked dinners i have seen many promises broken and many false dawns,i think i can be allowed to be a little unsure about a man who apparently can walk on water

In what way is malky a defensive manager? If you are referring to the 4-5-1 formation, let me remind you that barcelona adopt the same formation tho it could quite as easily be labelled 2-1-7-0 when i have watched them.

Just because you claim to have watched the city for 50 years doesn't mean you're the final authority!
I have watched the city for over 20 years and for what it's worth i think malky is by far the most talented manager and most hardworking i have seen at the club.
At watford malky was accused of being too attack minded now you accuse him of being defensive. What about this? I believe malky plays a formation that suits the players he has at his disposal.
I've said it before and i'll say it again. Surely this year was all about building the foundations of a team, and this starts at the back.
In january malky tried (and failed) to add some creativity and pace. but at least it enabled us to see that malky's priorities were to add this type of player.
Now if this doesn't satisfy you then so be it, but i am more than happy with EVERYTHING malky is trying to do at this club and he is taking cardiff city football club to a whole new level
