s.l.f were playing till not that long ago annis.think that fellow out of the jam ,the bass player was with them.my mates band supported them at wolves about ten year ago.they,ve played since then but the venues they played have become smaller.my mates mad on them.said jake burns is a lovely fellow.i saw them on the go for it tour the first time round 1981?if you like green day check out my mates tribute band greenbay.they have a website plus he does a bit of that irish/folk punk thing with a band called the bad rats.he,s 47 and still rocking.my mate reckons green heavily influenced by s.l.f.i,d agree.

since 2004 iv saw the new york dolls half a dozen times.they reformed with a few of the old boys and some new fellows.they are great live and the music they,ve done as a new band ain,t too bad either.shame johnny thunders ain,t around to play with his old mates.i saw j.t in 84 on the hanoi rocks tour,washed up by then.smack had him .iv got early dolls footage of a young ,cleaner j,t,the boy was awesome.god bless the new york dolls.no new york dolls.no punk boom.fact

proper the last time bout 3 years aho. seen em twicein the mid 90s and they were a bit messy.

One of tbe gigs they went off aftet 30 mins cos liam wad not well. id paid 75 for a 20 pound ticket as well. tamping.

i would be too.iv sussed out what tamping means.im getting an education in cardiff/valley slang on here. glad your still posting.im off to clean a few windows before watching the mighty blues hopefully smash saints senseless.its on sky at 5.20.im going to freeze and watch it live though.goodluck to your team today.i think it must be great for CCFCfans at the moment.enjoy it.im having a ball at blues.best craic for years.
