But surely the force used in the 'one punch' has to be a factor?
From the newspaper reports the punch was of 'sickening' proportions which to me rules out the leniency of a manslaughter charge and conviction.
When you factor in the xenophobic language Mytton used along with the gang mentality (5 England fans vs. 2 Welsh fans) a murder charge (or at least a stiffer Manslaughter sentence) should have been pursued.
Finally the comments of the Judge who described Mytton's jailing as 'heartbreaking' was totally out of order and if it was up to me I would pursue the c**t through the Judicial Complaints System.
