His energy to build the players back up after a loss is fantastc like we lost 4-3 Peterbrough in very harsh y of defeat but sent them out against Barnlsey in good and postive and fighting spirit!

You have got a very good manager in Malky MacKay, I posted something similar about him before the season started. Makes you wonder where Watford would be if they could've backed MacKay and Brendan Rodgers before him?
