doesnt raymond have extremely close ties with guus? would be great partnership if he can talk him in to it and maybe hed consider staying on also if faw show a bit of ambition now with where we are heading after the year we've had. otherwise id say hughes, but does he deserve it after leaving us in the lurch and putting us back with tosh?
