You must mean large people then

Look around you on Saturday at the CCS. You'll see the vast majority are sat for the bulk of the game.

Here's hoping that we're all stood up briefly on numerous occasions celebrating City goals :ayatollah:

If you wish to stand and sing ala Reading you can do, in the canton, behind the goal, same as in Reading.

So what is YOUR issue? Proximity to away fans a factor??

1 - It is my opinion, and one shared by many other people, that the home "singers" being close to the away fans does help improve the atmosphere. This has nothing to do with the "good old days" or hooliganism or wanting trouble. It just does.

2 - Some people like to be able to stand and sing, but also like to be able to watch the game from the side of the pitch (rather than behind the goal).

exactly. most people are sitting because they have to. recall back at ninian(dont shoot me down for referring to the past) the grange end and bob bank terracing was very popular with a lot of fans not forgetting fans that stood up in Ablock in the grandstand and also parts of the seating area in the bob bank. sitting down is now preffered a little bit more but i think people are under estimating the amount of people who actualy want to stand up during games
