I think he's ben outstanding for wales
but he's made a few mistakes in a cardiff shirt , the added pressure representing wales is something he clearly responds well too and maybe he hasn't got the long term commitment required week in week out, if he wants to go maybe we cash in january, who knows, maybe 1 million we could scout the lower league(s) theirs some real talent at the moment put in an extra 500,000 and get ourselfs a very able young striker to link with millar or attacking player + 1 loanee defensive or visa versa
malky see's blake in training every day and on comparison to huds and taylor maybe the in game stats dont add up, and the experience & added physical edge gives him more reassurance
No he is not first choice right now, but he could easily fource his way in if he gets a chance, besides that we need first class cover and he is that already..........

Darcy is a fool to himself, he could have it all if he really wanted it. Yes Darcy is outstanding for Wales but that is 4-5 games a year. Wherever he goes he wont further his career if he dont sort himself out, personally I think he should stay. With a new regime at CCFC and discipline installed Darcy may learn form the likes of Malky, like I said its ok judging him over 4 or 5 games a year but if he wants success he has to be 100% committed. Its all ahead of him if he wants it and he could be one of the greats in Welsh football.

Not bothered either way. Think too much is being made of him playing well in a few games for Wales.

Pretty much agree to be honest. If he left id prob say "oh thats a shame" and thats about all.

no what impressed me against norway was how comfortable Darcy was with the ball at his feet unlike hudson who seems like a drunk girraffe when he tries to bring the ball out of defence with his only thought being how quickly can I boot this thing away.
So far I have seen nothing from turner to suggest he is a better option than Darcy either, though according to wos they could both be linking up in the welsh defence before lo

Comfortable on the ball yes but his decision making can be woeful, he alsmot gifted Norway a goal early on in the first half because of a poor ball out of defence, like he did against Leicester in the cup (Actually cost us a goal). He seems to do it in most games in fact, only the once but thats all it takes in a game.
Also if it wasnt for Matthews excellent pace and cover he would have cost us a further goals because of rash defending on the half way line.

I dont we should be even thinking of cashing in on him. He is a player with I think great prospects and why should we let another club see the benefits of it. Surely we should be looking at growing our own talent like we did with Rambo, if not why have an academy ? No keep the guy and bring him on and give him a game now and again, of course if we are offered silly money in our favour then ok lets talk about it, other wise lets keep growing our future rather than buy it in.

The Club needs to ask him 2 things.
1/ Does he believe he hasnt been acting right away from Football.
2/ Will he except help from the Club to sort himself out and turn him into a Top class Player.
If he answers no to either SELL HIM !! That is my opinion

i would love us to hold on to darcy .you can see from his wales appearances he is quality , just not fitting into malky's plans at the mo , but i think he is our 3rd best defender ( central that is and he xcan also play both full backs lets build a squad and he needs to be part of that
cant wait for reading saturday

I think he's a versatile substitute and has done well in the improving Wales team; but not his biggest fan I'm afraid
Both Dave Jones and Malky have obviously seen flaws in his game/make-up and he may need to move on (perhaps another loan spell) to settle himself down

I don't think he's good enough for a top 6 championship side which is what we want to be. Loan him out and see what he can do after a run of game for a good championship side but not bothered if we sell him either. Saying that what does that say about Wales if their 1st choice CB not good enough for top 6 championship IMO

it says weve got f8ck all strength in depth at CB and that applies to most positions.
its only going to take an injury to Bale or Rambo and we are f8cked.

Hes crap with the ball at his feet as well. Stop making him out to be Glen Hoddle. When he played in midfield for us earlier in the season he was hopeless, he kept giving the ball away.
