Been following City for a while, I dont have any love for the Jacks in the slightest, but why bring club rivalry into internationals? Its pathetic. Man City and Man Utd fans sit side by side and keep civil for England matches as do Spurs and Gunners. Why should it be an exception for us to have a bash at the Jacks?

Dai I don't think you have deserved some of the comments made on here, I just think you should have chosen some of your words a little better. Firstly all fans should be made welcome when watching their country at an international game at another clubs ground and whist I agree of the wearing of 'red for WALES' I don't see where you've added that Cardiff shirts should not also be worn. I'm sure that you meant by 'keeping their heads down' means not trying to take the piss in anyway, and not as it could be interpretated as 'keeping their heads down as if we find out their from Swansea we'll kick their heads in'.
The main point you made was 'not mobing up by a scum banner'. I've got to be honest I wholeheartedly agree with you. I wouldn't like it if it happened at Swansea. There should be no need for it and it will incite violence. Even if there was no history between us, 'mobing up' to go too an international home game at another ground is quite frankly, taking the piss and asking for it.
Nothing bad in there really, people should try not to be so sensitive on football massageboards. Likewise Dai please try to choose your words a little more carefully.![]()
