We replaced them with Kenny Miller and Robert Earnshaw, hardly young and hungry.
Although i would say probably easier to manage.

Yes they are. Any kind of debt which can be proven is recoverable through the courts.
The exception would obviously be 'loan sharks' as they are not legal commercial money lenders.
