Just returned from a fans forum at the Liberty with Brendan and some of the players. Brendan did mention Mikey right at the start and said that a few fans had been down to CCS and he himself had sent something to Mikes family. He called it a national tragedy which should never be forgotten.

I love the banter in a derby match ,but i honestly dont hate them anyway.I've seen nothing but support from them since what has happened

I have never had the hatred of the Swansea fans... I don't know why but I never have.

I've always looked at it as "why hate another Welsh" person.... I don't really hate anyone because they follow a certain football team...never seen the point in it. I'm saying I'm more mature or anything else about people who do, I understand the tribal mentality but I'd rather "hate" horrible people of this world who cause nothing but pain for other people...

A big nod of acknowledgement to the Swans fans and the fans of other clubs who have passed on their respects, this sort of thing really sorts out the men from the boys. No doubt a certain level of maturity hits some earlier than others and I kind of feel ashamed it didn't strike me a bit earlier than it actually did.

Our rivalry with them only exists on the pitch in my opinion. Something like this reveals the true relationship our clubs have. Ultimately, I'd rather have them around than not and in all the darkness that has come from this sad incident, it is comforting to see that even in these terrible times, the good can prevail.

Be good to see both clubs tell the Sun, The Mail and the Mail on Sunday to go do one. They are not welcome in South Wales.

You are forgetting the Daily Mirror printed exactly the same shit as the Sun but nobody wants to have a go at them as well

Big respect to the Jacks. I have never chanted the gas a jack song etc etc - I would find it disrespective if it was aimed at Mikey and CCFC so I think our fans should refrain from this one too. There are songs for ripping the piss out of rivals at Derby's but this is not one of them when it concerns the life lost of another fan.
