Why blame Bellamy for, he wants to play football.....if we lived in a perfect world where we can afford his wages, he would have signed and Man City would have loaned him out to us, end of the day why should Man City cover majority of his wages to play for us.

How would you feel if one of our top earners at our club was sent out on loan, and we had to pay 100% of his wages, I would be very pissed of indeed.

End of the day, he had a contract with Man City, we either had to pay a transfer fee, where our club are not willing to do that, or pay majority of his wages. If Bellamy was willing to come on reduced wages, then Man City would have argued why should they pay his wages if hes willing to come for less money whilst on contract. Contracts are there to protect players.

Nevertheless, our club had plenty of opportunities to sign Bellamy on a transfer or pay majority of his wages, why should he wait on the sidelines for another year where he plays reserve football.

I bet no one on this board would do the same, work for £7.00 an hour, and go somewhere else for £4.00 an hour. End of the day, Bellamy is entitled to his money, thats his contract.

Very disappointed with bellers why didn't he just say at the end of last season that he would love to come back but can't promise anything.....instead he promised he'd only play for Man City or Cardiff, I didn't know either of those clubs are based in Liverpool. Very bad form if you ask me. Why didn't he just be honest, gone down in my estimation.

Bellamy came to us last year after being one of the top 5 players in the Premier league the season before, he dropped down a division to come to his home town club and have a bloody good go at getting us up, it didn't happen. Now because he's going to sign for a top 5 premier league club everyone thinks he's a prick, or a c**t or that he owes us something, he does not, he was one of the only players with any passion last year, and what he said about definitely coming back, he may have believed it, he may have just thought he would try and give the club a boost a such a crucial time of the season, we are a mid table championship club this year, he has the chance to help a team qualify for the champions league and maybe end his career in the worlds best club competition, so to all you fickle fickle fickle fans, you tell me exactly what he owes us and why

When he came last year Man City & us paid him the full wedge, as soon as he was he could only come for less, he looked for the best deal he could and fecked off to Liverpool and can earn even more money over a two year deal !!!!

I have lost all respect for him, he is just another mercenary, we owe him nothing he earned a fortune last year and was able to stay close to home.

Unfortunately our club has a lot of brain dead, chavvy supporters who have not got a clue what the real meaning of being a 'supporter' is. I'll leave it at that because these dickheads don't understand anyway. They are just clueless.

hes not a judas in the slightest, he was never our player contractually. he went where the money is good, you look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, would you take 90k a week and champions league football or would you take 25-30k a week and championship football?
