Leroy Lita!!!! enough said

Cardiff 0 -Middlesborough 3.....Leroy Lita opens the scoring and ends your dreams of PL football.

He's also a PL player now and on nowhere near 25k

Im genuinely laughing here while you are not.

Be amazed if earnie is on more than 10k.

Miller aroun 14 goals
Earnie 5-10 as sub

Can see another striker getting more than both.

Is Lita a proven goal scorer then

2002 to present 288 app 100 goals = 1 goal every 2.88 games

Earnie

2002 to present 341app 152 goals = 1 goal every 2.24 games :ayatollah:

JackSwan, you keep mixing up OUR Championship quality strikeforce with YOUR own

Problem is OUR strike force are where they can prosper, whilst YOURS are simply OUT OF THEIR LEAGUE (literally!!)

Now go back to sleep, clown!! :x

Earnie is never on 20k. Ridiculous idea

Miller will score a bagful, 20+

I wonder about some people's ideas on football when they think Miller
will flop at this level. He is a clever player, good enough to score goals
in the premiership.

Earnie, sadly, has lost that yard of pace that gave him his only real edge.

He'll be a benchwarmer all season

i agree with all the above... there is no way on earth earnie is on 20k, dayas source is misinformed..

miller will be a very good striker this season, starting on sunday ;)

whitts free kick, green fumbles it, miller poaches it.. 1 nil city!! :D

So Forest offer Earnie half of his contract (which seemed to be common knowledge) and City jump in and double the original contract. Aye alright

From what I can gather from sources north of the border, Miller is on £16k.

But carry on regardless with your wind-ups Daya.

Salaries dont score goals its the TEAM . Torres prime example .

Does not matter what players are o its how they Gell.

West ham should win 12 nil if your basing it on salaries - your in the Championship for a reason - your NOT good enough for the Prem !! :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

Wed Aug 03, 2011 9:37 am

I thought that Earnie used to be Forest's highest paid player at around £15000. Not that I have any inside knowledge.

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

Wed Aug 03, 2011 9:43 am

So let's get this straight then.

Earnie was prepared to accept £9-£10k pw for a new contract at Forest, who were not even his preferred club. Therefore, Gethin decided to use all his astute business acumen to entice Earnie to come and play for his preferred club for £20k pw.

Sometimes you just have to laugh at Daya's wind ups, or is it genuine idiocy/ignorance. I usually laugh at Daya's posts to myself and move on to the next topic on the board, but this time I thought I'd share my belly laugh with everyone

Only Daya can come up with such nonsense and still get bites.

I wonder how many of our players wages would be covered by Nolan's crazy pay packet? Probably about 7-8 of City's lower earners.

Earnie is on 12k and Miller on 16K FACT :ayatollah:

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

Earnshaw will get 10-15 and Miller will get 15-20. I'd take that to be honest because midfield will get a load as well with the likes of Conway, Cowie and Whittingham renowned for being able to chip in with some goals.

I still find it funny how Daya still manages to wind so many of you up so easily. :D

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

Wed Aug 03, 2011 10:08 am

Why would earnie be on 20K when he was only on 10K at forest last year,
I wouldsay about 8/9 K. no were near 20K .

I think if west ham dont go up they will be in real problems financially
and I dont think big sam is going to play the sort of football west ham
fans are use to.

hopefully we will get a result on sunday,

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

I reckon between them they are on a max of 30k and would guess they would get a better goal to wage ratio than cole and piquionne who must be on about 90k between them. I reckon miller and earnie will get at least 33 goals between them so cole and piquionne need to get 99.

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

Wed Aug 03, 2011 1:51 pm

Theres no way Miller is on over 20k, he wouldnt have been on that at the huns.

Miller is a proven goal scorer at this level, will get over 15 goals for us.

Re: £45,000 a week strike force

That's why I've been talking shit about Miller, he's on silly money, waste of f*cking cash

blackswans probably correct dont care what money there on just cant see them working together [hope im wrong] can see them getting about 20 between them its going to be a tough devision :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Earnie was on 12K a week at Forest so i cant see he is now on 20K.
