Looking at the game in isolation (sorry but there is nothing wrong with that) my main worry was the lack of width. Cowie was a big disappointment and clearly Taylor is not a left-winger.

On the plus side Naylor had a good game and Taylor looked better when he reverted to LB. The youngsters had a runout and the Icelantic guy looked the part in midfield.

Unfortunately the 2 forwards were woeful.

everybody has the right to express how they feel but at the end of the day if we really want promotion we need to get behind them and if we really want to be going to the likes of old trafford the emirates week in week out we need to give malky and the boys our best support and show we believe in them, if we dont do that we wont go up

We are behind them - but are allowed to express crticism and opinions on a message board - there was no show of discontent or disrespect by fans last night.

I can't blindly follow anything without an opinion - if we just think support is all we need to succeed then we are delusional.

Dont forget we have signed Peter Whitts....completely new player under MM this season, you watch. Simply outstanding creativity and technical ability through the middle from what iv'e seen over the last two games.

If we signed Miller, Goodwillie and Bellamy i would be more than happy but at the moment we're looking at top 10 max!

My thoughts exactly. Im not panicking as its very early days and we have some new signings, and injured players to come back, but there is a long way to go if we are hoping to push for top 6 at the moment. If we went into the new season with the squad we had last night then we would be in the bottom half of the table!
