Years ago I went to the Man Utd V Chelsea semi-Final at Villa Park.
Had tickets for the Chelsea end. Before the game they were on fire.
Singing their hearts out, passionate as f**k. Murdering the United
support. Just before the players came out, Ferguson (as it transpired
he could only hear Chelsea fans from the dressing rooms) walked right
around from the Half-way line, all the way round the United support
encouraging them to make more noise. Brilliant. By the time the players
came out the Man Utd were proper proper noisy. United won.

great managers and great men think on their feet and react when required.
