My point about Paul Smith - and it's curious such a big QPR fan as yourself doesn't know who he is given his "info" has been all over QPR boards - is he's admitted he gets his info from the QPR legal team, one of whom he is mates with.
Hence leaking a positive spin.

The only people who know *exactly* what is going on are the FA officials directly involved, members of the committee and QPR. Anyone else is merely regurgitating rumours...
