im affraid the mentallity of the manager and players comes back to haunt us again, winners and champions thrive on pressure and big games and cardiff city do not,we roll over and hide when things get tough and we continue to carry the tag of the nearly men...not to be down and to dejected but i fear for us in the play off route because we are not mentally tough enough even though we,ve been there and got the tee shirts with experience we do not want it..congrats to norwich i wish them all the very best, you get what you deserve and we dont deserve automatic..a team in the assendency with a positive mental attitude will always succeed in the playoffs and thats swansea, reading and notts forest not ccfc we will choke on the big stage..not relishing the championship next year....

Deep down we new they were gonna blow it, just thought they`d F**K it up next week.

so many players had a poor game today, the defence were so slow, clueless ball watching ,a shambles,
did they just assumed BORO would just go through the motions, BORO were well up for it today very surprised.

Play-offs are a lottery, and as for next year half the team are loan players so got to re-build

with Jones ?
would like a clear out fresh start but then again i think of
BORO, SHEFF UTD, SOUTHAMPTON, etc etc etc
we might go TITS up ?

as for the bad old days no NEVER like that, too many players just had their worst game of the season today.

I would have stayed till the end had I not had to get a train. I didn't have any choice in the matter and would have left when I did (around 88 minutes) no matter what the score was. I know that isn't the case for everyone who left early, but don't tar us with the same brush.

However, I have to agree. We just cannot step up to the plate in the big games, when we really need to.
I don't know why some of us (including myself) are surprised. We always do it.

Rick you mean 3-4,000 stayed out of 25,000 and were 3rd in the league

Can't honestly blame them after that show Annis. A good show deserves a round of applause, however, there was no good show today. :( :( :( :(

One of them was and did I not know it in the end.

Tbh the only good thing about staying was seeing our fans applaud the Boro team. I struggled to applaud our guys on their lap of honour but had no hesitation clapping the Boro team after they had gone over to their fans and started ot make their way back to the tunnel. Some of their players actually applauded us for that. I felt really proud to be one of a few of us to do that.
