And on Saturday against Millwall I don't think it will get much better in my opinion, I believe we will get a draw at best at the New Den.

But when we return from the International break we are going to smash Derby County and we are going to go through a purple patch and April will be our month.

We will win our 4 remaining home games and I believe it will only take 6 wins in total to take us up.

We have 5 away games left and I believe we will get the 2 necessary wins at Doncaster and Sheffield United.

The players now they have let the manager, themselves and us the fans down, you will see the strength of Cardiff City Football Club shine through during the month of April.

Get your season tickets renewed before the end of March because next season we will be watching Premier League football and when Dave Jones delivers it I will be leading the campaign on here to salute the man and pay tribute to him.

ONWARDS AND UPWARDS WE HAVE SAID ALL SEASON AND NOW IS THE TIME TO REMAIN STEADFAST AND UNITE :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Last 3 results have been deverstating however the performances haven't IMO if we had won all three I don't think any of the teams would have comaplained? That's the one thing that gives me hope.

So near yet so far comes to mind. Also what comes to mind is a picture of Carl being taken away to the loony bin come the end of the season.

All we can do is just take each game at a time now and reflect on the results of ALL our rivals ............. the days of speculation and prediction are over and away wins at Sheffield and Doncaster are no way guranteed coz Utd are battling to stay up and Rovers are having all their injured players returning to 1st team action , plus only last Sat Derby beat the Jacks ! Im looking no further away than Millwall where 1 point will be welcome and 3 will be brilliant :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

All we can do is cut the negativity and pessimism out of our lives, and therefore out of the atmosphere and the minds of many, and sing our hearts out in SUPPORT of OUR Cardiff City FC.

People show their emotions in different ways but there aren't many ways in which to show undying SUPPORT.

One of the best is, of course, a bouncy ayatollah :ayatollah:

We've left our selves too much to do, with only a few games left. If we're lucky we can still stay in a playoff spot, finger's crossed.

How you can state that the performances were not devastating is beyond me.Take Barnsley, 2-1 up, no booing, no one on the players backs, crowd in good voice with the stadium rocking and the team could not hold on a few minutes to see the game out.If thats not devastating then I don't know what is. Now if you had said that you have seen enough encouragement in our play to still give you a glimmer of hope then I might have agreed. In reality, in order to push up the table we would have to up our performances by about 10% and I just cannot see where this extra effort is going to come from hence my pessimism.

If we're lucky, we can get automatic promotion. You've confused luck with continuing doing what we've done all season there.

People do that.

The booing has been vastyly overegged by Jones, a convenient excuse.

And quite frankly, the Ayatollah is well past it's sell by date.

I can't agree with that. I don't understand why anyone would want to boo the team that they profess to support.

It's not supportive or constructive.

It's entirely understandable.

Would I boo?

Not personally, no.

People have the right to.

The fact still remains, Jones has overstated the extent and degree of any booing. Booing at half time vs Ipswich? Absolutely freaking minimal, if any.

Im not sure if your taking the piss about people not getting on players backs and the stadium rocking or not :?

and no I would not say the performance over 90mins against barnsley was devastating, we had enough chances to win easily. We were poor at times, good at others, a moment of lackadaisical defending cost us the three points but I have been a lot more dissapointed/devestated at our teams performance this season than I was over the last three games.

You don't get points for performances.

First half Barnsely, we were shocking. Second half, better, but not great. Barnsley had more desire in their play., worked as a team.

exactly thats why I said the last 3 results have been devastating.
Everything thing and every player need to improve and start getting results which are simply not good enough at the moment.
Point was we could have easily won all games and I dont think anyone would have said we didnt deserve it, this is the one thing that gives me hope that we can go on a run still.

There is no piss as taking as the stadium was rocking when we were 2-1 up. Thats all I am saying is that we have heard every excuse in the book why we are not winning and to blame the nervous atmosphere on the crowd getting on players backs is rubbish as this was not evident when we were 2-1 up, yet despite all the positive support from the crowd, the team could not hang on a few minutes till the end which proves they are cocking it up as a team even when everything is going for them.

The fans cannot win because even when we get the CCS rocking and get behind the team, they respond by failing to see out a a few minutes of a game against a side that posed little threat. Some might call it bad luck but we all know there is obviously more to it than that.I will agree that we have played a lot worse this season such as the away game agaist Bristol but we are not playing well enough to march up the table and there is no evidence to suggest that this is likely to improve. So cross your fingers, keep the lucky heather under the pillow, keep the faith and do all these things as they will make little difference.Thats all we can do is support the team and hope that we get lucky but don't be fooled into thinking that our situation is any better than that.
