6 for me as im greatfull for the players hes has brought to the club BUT i dont think he has got the best out of any of them AS YET hopefully soon

7 for me - has improved our league position year on year - third in league and Bellamy , etc etc brought in - good job so far .

BUT come end of season and not promised land then we need to look elsewhere
