SSN just confirmed that Newcastle are talking to player(s) in case of the worst happening and the Carrol departs. So they are trying but STILL I believe he wont go, even if we have an acceptable offer.

Not sure Jay could get there and pass what given his history would surely be a pretty rigorous medical in that time - unless he left much earlier...

He was seen shaking the hand of every player after training, I have this from someone who was at the session. I know im stoking the fire here but im just sharing what I hear....and it just seemed like a 'goodbye' rather than a 'good session'.
