Dekel Keinan seen him training with the lads in the gym today. looks very fit footballer was being showed the routine gym session the lads do during the week.

nice guy said hello etc.

spoke to tom heaton today to.

he came over to me said hello.

i asked him how it all going he went' shit result tuesday i have to be honest'

i went well i kinda glad we out of the cup cuz push for promotion.

he replied well i don't like losing games.

next time you see them please can you brainwash them into thinking that if they lose to the jacks they with be in front of the firing squad in the evening..
he also said we got massive 3 games coming up i went yea could win them all he went confidence is high lets rock and roll lol.

i asked him about that Emmanuel thomas he went ' he is massive' haha

then just had normal convo really just asked how i was how my training going then he went off to have warm down.

It's called employment / immigration law everytime a player born outside the EU signs for a club he must reapply for a work permit.

He signed on a 2 1/2 year contract according to wikipedia!!

Just got back from there and can report that both Jays were training today and that someone else was undegoing a full fitnes test - not sure who it was as too far away but they certainly put him through his paces; could have been Quinn?? Koumas didn't take any part and didn't even take his tracksuit off, neither did Mc Phail. DJ took a phone call while we were there that went on for some time - didn't see any new faces though
