A forum for all things Cardiff City

Which team has been more successful recently? Chelsea with their hoof to Drogba or Arsenal with their play rings around everyone three times?
I'm not saying I support it but kids have to learn that football is very physical and it's a main reason why a lot of kids don't make it. I'm not saying it's the only way but let's face it, even professional teams rely on a bit of hoof and hope sometimes. Maybe Cardiff's coaching team felt we had a physical edge on Bristol City so hoofing it and dragging them into a physical game was better. So many factors need to be considered.

I can tell you now the hoofing tactics don't work,Cardiff have beaten Bristol once in 3 years , taking some right thumpings on the way, with BCFC playing football from the back and Cardiff parents even commenting on why aren't Cardiff doing this???

SAME OLD STORY
I know the lad in question and his family relatively well. great talent. it wasnt the fact that cardiff were slow on signing him. it was the case that cardiff neglected his fathers injury when he was playing for them in the 80s. could be a real gem in the future. hopefully city pull out all the stops to get the kid.
