It is how football clubs work, yeah. But do you remember when Kav was sold? That was the first indication that trouble was afoot. If I recall, wasn't that also the time that Sam went out and faced the fans due to more than a few getting worried that one of our star players was getting sold. More followed as I remember.

Maybe mis-informed, Gwyn. I'm glad you're taking the level headed answer route instead of the raniting route though   I remember we were told, when Sam was ousted that the club were 10 minutes from going out of business, or going into administration, that's my information. It was a long time ago and I don't have a photographic memory, or whatever it takes to remember exactly what happened at the time. If I have been mis-informed and have projected that mis-information on here, I apologise. However, what I won't apologise for is the fact that I don't want Sam back anywhere near the club and he has been responsible for some pretty woeful mis-management of the club. He is not alone in managing things badly by any means, but what can't be disputed is he did go back on some promises and he did get the club into a hole we almost never got out of

No problems fella and glad to have a proper debate, but think back, who was telling us these things, and we know it was PR, do you think he'd have made as much from the club as he did if Sam had still been in charge, or was he by being one of the few people who new about football( I know thats another debate  )

He had thrown his lot in with PMG, if you think that was to benefit the clubs long term future or his own, people can make their own minds up, but did you ever hear or read an article where Sam slated any of those involved in this manouvre to rest power from him and milk the rewards.

If Sam hadn't have signed the club over, the PMG were totally ready to take it over on the cheap, it would have suited them far more if Sam had said I wont sign. Ask yourself who as made any profit out of this deal, in bonus's huge inflated wages, top of the range company cars, helicopter commuting, million pound hose retail etc. and who as made the money from the retail development.

If you think Sam is the shrewd devious one, he ain't done to well at the mo, in fact he's one of the few who's had f**k all out of the deal. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
