Agree with this post....plus the FACT that any comments should be kept until AFTER a decision is made regarding any potential charges or otherwise

Personally, I'd be surprised if any charges were brought....apparently, no real injuries were requiring hospital treatment and witnesses will sort of cancel each other out

I'm actually disappointed saladthedragon felt compelled to leave the site and return to his WM&E ramblings....some of them were good BUT over THIS issue he was BANG OUT OF ORDER whether they were his friends or not!!

So lemme get this straight, Saturday night in Caroline Street, couple of punches are thrown and someone cops for a black eye? Christ, that used to happen EVERY Saturday night when I used to go to town, soon as the clubs closed, it was down there for an off the bone and chips and there was usually a bit of handbags to watch to pass the time while you ate your chips, sometimes if you were really lucky it was two girls.

Pity he's gone, although I will admit I was quite surprised by the way he responded to the criticism, although I guess he probably saw it as slight on his mates so I can just about understand.

I really would be surprised if it went any further in the courts though, as many have said this kind of thing happens in town all the time, just most of them don't involve CB thats the only difference. How much someone gets paid should not influence the courts so I would guess it will just be dealt with in the normal way of any fight where someone gets a couple of bruises or cuts.
