The reason why the Board haven't settled with Sam

Some good work and information posted by Since 62 over on CCMB. Seems that the non settlement of the 10 million doesn't revert to 24. Since 62 explains it better as do other posters. The only way it can revert to 24 million is if sam takes it through a costly court case, which he won't so thats not an option. Seems to me the Malysians know exactly what they are doing and where they stand with Regards to the Debt owed to Sam.

That's NOT new news!! It was mentioned on this site before....possibly in one of Sir Carl's updates!!

Well I know Keith is an accountant and he's put this together with an accountant specialising in this area. The information they have used is in the Public domain, I can't see how it can be incorrect and the Malysians are not stupid enough to miss anything and explains why they haven't settled with Sam at this point. Sam's only arguement is that the latest agreement was never signed thus not binding. Problem is it;s been audited in the may 2009 accounts. so the accountants are sure it was signed. I'm pretty sure the Malysians are very confident it was signed off and is binding. Again the only way Sam can question this is through the courts, which isn't going to happen.

Erm, NO!!

I've no doubt he is a good accountant and knows HIS job, but I would suggest VT, TG et al know THEIR jobs too....and will have SOMETHING up their sleeve where the 'loan notes' are concerned

Best we wait for the update on Thursday though, when ALL will be revealed....then we can make our own minds up instead of second guessing....

Let's also remember Annis has already stated the update will be POSITIVE....so be a little patient and ALL will be revealed!!

No, it's just people 'guessing' in the hope they can say "Look, I told you so...."

I suppose (like our suddenly missing friend 'My Opinion And My Opinion Only') if you make enough 'broad' statements or 'invent' things, sooner or later one of them has to be right, eh??
