My reasons for why the Blues game will be on.

They have an extra day for the snow to melt.

Cardiff City have 21k fans that they have to get into the stadium safely.
The 500 or so away fans have to get down the motorway safely, the rugby away fans wont bring anywhere near that many.
The blues have about 3000 fans they need to get into the stadium safely.
Different games, rugby is far more tougher and knocks on the hard floor they would give a shit about. footballers e.g. cry about falling over a feather, imagine Jay hitting ice he would die lol.
The blues need to play all they will get fined.
If they dnt play they may struggle to rearagne it with cardiff cities schedule at home being busy.

The blues would have played today if there game was today. :ayatollah:

And all the rugby fans are such tanks that they'll crack the ice as they walk to the ground, whilst shitting out pints of brains/grit. Human gritters :ayatollah:

I think the location of the supporter base is also a big influence. A lot of Blues fans travel from local areas. A large percentage of Cardiff fans travel from a wide area. As someone said though, the prospect of it being on TV probably weighed in heavily. I mean, did you see the Ipswich vs Leicester game???

people dont seem to be able to get to grips that there was snow forecast for the early hours of saturday morning which duly arrived.
so any clearance work done on friday around the stadium would have been a waste of time.

Steve, Just Cant Believe they are going to So Much Expense for a Small Rugby Club, I Also Do Believe City's game was unplayable.

Apparently all went pear shape at the Xmas do.

Hudson was holding the kitty til Bellers turned up and said he wanted to hold it. Night started well and all enjoying the dancing. Some envious looks by the team as Bellers sipped Crystal and Jay and others had Tesco Cava.

As night wore on Naylor and the defences dancing became worse allowing female company to slip away, Bellers who could only dance to evey other song went ballistic at their poor show. Jay then asked into the VIP area and Chops slipped off for an Indian.

When approached about it DJ said the dancing was okay but the songs played were not our style. He also blamed the MC DJ Curtis for spoling the night............
