That would be of my opinion Damned Yank, it's a simple process if the Farmer in question relents on the dated covenant and makes life easier for everyone. There is nothing more better than public knowledge and pressure to solve this issues.
Correction, this business was being run without planning permission. Retrospective planning was sought and was refused by RCT. No information regarding any covenants etc. was available to RCT prior to their refusal to grant the planning permission.
Hardly crime of the century though is it. Pathetic how this country stops honest people from working and paying their way yet lets drink driving assylum seeking murderers stay in case their human rights are breached. One word for it

An interrogation eh?
Alrighty![]()
As far as I know, City don't have a 3rd Keeper.
Though I'm sure there will be some young player in the reserves I've not heard of
Statswise...the best Midfielder should be Whittingham, after his performance last year
but for effort I'd have to give that to Burke
Though I'd be the first to admit I don't follow as closely as some fans
I don't see why any of that should qualify me to post my opinions on a public forum
I did join just to post in this topic, but I've hung around a lot before that![]()
I'm usually on ccmb mind.

1: At the end of the day IF there is such a covenant then it is legally binding, regardless of the incompetent solicitor who failed to disclose this originally
2: For the farmer to wait 23 years is showing that he either only just found out about the covenant (which I doubt, as it appears it was a forefather of his that put it in place all those years ago) OR....HE IS JUST A COMPLETE tw*t!!
I used to work fairly close to the Royal Mint and know several people from that area. Conversations confirm the latter....

Covenants are not set in stone and a judge can look at the facts of an individual case and see if a covenant is truly in existence or not. Having read that, it would be implied that the covenant was not in force. The business owners need to see specialist property solicitors regarding this as the covenant may not be enforceable.
