Probably sounds selfish, but play him - if he plays well then great, if he breaks down then DJ will know to definitely buy a central defender.

We are not going to get an easier game this season. Throw him in. He may even applaud us at the end!

I have installed laminate in condos and have never had sound issues from the flooring, I always use the high end under pad. A lot of agreements are wrote up to cover a wide range of things to give the management some recourse if someone does something stupid. Get approval first just to keep yourself out of hot water.
