Well what is stopping a member from copying and pasting Carl`s update and putting it on another site ???

Seems like an inner-circle to me. Inside information to be shared for members only, with no new members allowed. And this was agreed upon by a select few.

Of course, this could all just be scare-tactics to get the lurkers to sign up and boost the forum stats (as this has been threatened before).

I'm not trying to snipe, just calling it like i see it.

I'll probably be shot down in flames for this suggestion.....BUT.........Why don't we have a yearly subscription, say £10 and all the monies raised could go to worthwhile C.C.F.C causes (Fred Keenor Statue, for one example). Now, my finances are on par with Ireland, but I think £10 per annum isn't asking too much. What do you think?

Members Only seems fine to me. If peeps want to take a look its a 5 minute registration!

Would someone please like to explain to me why there are people moaning on this thread about having to be a member to view things?
