This is only an outside opinion , Tony F when linked previously to Newcastle publicly stated he would only have interest in purchase of one team. Sullivan could still be a different matter altogether with the friendship/respect he has for Borley.

He wants another club for sure but will not pay over the odds, Sullivan likes shall we say a cut throat deal and as that could now be the situation on offer at Cardiff City could well be an option for him. Gold I doubt will be interested so it would depend on if Sullivan would go it alone or maybe possibly with Messer Borley?

Mr Borley is a dark horse and not just in the construction business, Companies house lists 14 different Companies. The first one on its own I would value at least 10 million alone . How every football club would wish for a Director/fan of Mr Borley.
