One thing is for certain. When he comes back after having mixed with all
those multi-millionaires. He is going to think Cardiff have proper mugged
him off offering under 10k a week

Good luck to Jay i hope he has a pearler but don't be mistaken, if he is playing for England against Wales at any point i will be Slagging him off along with the rest of the England team. I will be trying to make the atmosphere as intimidating as possible just as i do for any away Team at CCS....anything to get the "win" i say.
If England beat us 3 - 0 then i for one will be hoping that Jay scored all 3 goals.
If we beat England then i hope Jay had a good game.
As far as i'm concerned this is easy for me to answer.
I want Jay to do very well in an England Jersey but beating England must be the priority.

I will now watch the game against France hoping that Jay makes it onto the pitch.

What do we do now, about the anti England chants, will they stop, will it make you stop ?

Give me your honest answers please. :ayatollah:

Dave Jones has to take credit for his ability to bring the best out of players but there are some that still dont like him, good luck to Jay and a fantastic achievement but I wont be supporting him for England as some would expect us to do. I am Welsh FFS and why would anyone expect us to show alliance to England................

Congratulations to you Jay for getting in the England squad, it must be the greatest moment of your foottball life. I hope you get on the pitch and score some goals and cement yourself a regular spot in the squad. I won't support you in the white shirt but I will still admire the silky skills and quality in front of goal. You see you dont need to play for a big club to get recognised. I think you can go places with Cardiff City and help us to the big arena that is the Premier League and even help us to be a force there as well. I for one would be devastated if you left because football as we all know is about legacy. In my view if you stayed and helped us to the Premier League you would become a Legend in the history of Cardiff City Football Club wouldn't you rather that than possibly warming the bench for a so called bigger club. However, whatever happens today is a proud day for you and your family and personally I am very happy for you.

You can just see them in training tomorrow when Jay tells them the offer. The club should have made him a good offer and a long term contract. That way we still would have got good money for Jay if he did leave. A bit like what I think Utd have done with Rooney. Now we will be lucky to get half of what we should be getting. Well done the club

Nukes view is i am proud and chuffed for Jay and for this Club!! and i really hope he gets some game time. Will it stop the anti England chants ? Did the fact Millwall's Morrison ( a Welsh international) stop there supporters anti Welsh songs ? NO !! has it stopped any team with Welsh internationals from there anti Welsh songs ? Would i want it to stop ? NO i wouldn't its rivalry its what football is all about. I don't normally watch England games except the big ones but because of Jay i will on Wednesday.
Will i be cheering for England ? NO but i will be cheering for Jay and i hope he scores. When Wales play England and if Jay plays then i would Cheer clap him on the Pitch then give him shit for the whole time. But i am so pleased for Jay he deserves this call up :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I am proud of his improvement too, the only down side is the time he will spend with Premiership players and the fact they will be tapping him up and compiling reports for their managers.

While I really want him to do well in training, I am also worried the better he does the more likely he is to find a better club next season, but thats progress and we can'r hold him back !!!
