Mobile, quick and dangerous even though he should have had at least a hat trick.
Salech stationary, slow and non-existent in comparison.
Let’s hope it’s a one off.

Big difference is they played to his strengths and they played 442 we played 451 if that! not playing anything to salech or his strengths but we did go for it by going to 442 on 90mins and that says it all really.!

And that's the thing BBM needs to learn when to change it not the last 2 minutes of a game baffles me. I said the same last season when salech was out and we was 12 points clear he changed nothing to the system and we come 2nd.
Id rather lose 3-1 and have a go with shots and crosses in the box than pass it around the back line side ways and backwards again withoiut any shots on target in the last 3 minutes as that's what we done.
He needs to change systems to win games in this league for sure because the squad isn't one to keep playing the same one trick pony tactic in this League which is what hes done to date since div 1 where we got away with it. It this lwavei it won't work unless you have better quality players we do not.
To change it to 442 in the last dying minutes when we are losing by one goal and they still play the same way backward and sideways football with shit show crosses now and then just said it all.
We got what we got he's got what he's got given so we can only change games to win somehow the way I see it

The boys finally ran out of luck, and there weren’t many positives beyond a decent showing from Osho.
I’m still struggling to understand Tanner’s continued selection, while Salech was virtually anonymous, although the service into him offered very little.
I’m echoing what many have already said, but this was the perfect example of why the squad needed strengthening before the deadline. One defeat doesn’t define a season, but the lack of depth is difficult to ignore.

At least Willock crossed ball Tanner failed all night and couldn't even beat a player when he tried to... its not wonder salech fails most games given city players are like dracula hate crosses

Tanner put two absolute beauties in should have had two assists. When you can't defend and the midfield spend the game giving the ball away that cheaply your going to be in trouble

Two our of how many.y chances to beat player or to cross? That is crux of problem lack of decent crosses inability to beat a man and as you say giving away ball cheaply? That applies to whole team last night! I got impression that he plays to ways one for home games and one for away? Saturday was very slick forward moving some of movement was brilliant last night it was get possession hold for as long as can instead of one pass players were taking 3 or more touches then pass result they'd be set up defencively and our passes went to them as they crowded us out...
