Is BBM turning down players?

Managers change, but the same questions around planning and recruitment remain. BBM has made it clear that reinforcements are needed, so perhaps the answers do sit with Mr Tan and Mr Choo. Do you think anything will genuinely change while the current structure remains?

Reading what bbm is saying about having a list earlier in the transfer window it appears Oliver glasner at forest as same problems? He's had a list but cant seem to get 1st choices to sign still needs two more players..... wonder if this is bbms problem?
