It’s a minor thing, possibly representing the Welsh link, and we’ve had red in our away kits well before the incident you are clearly referring too, as this gordy one from 1993/94 shows, so I personally can’t see a problem

If the new away kit is indeed like the one in the image above, i.e. without the dragon, it’s a major ‘win’ for kit-wearing Bluebird supporters!

I always wondered how much a shirt sponsore would pay for the privalge.

Plain white like Swansea, England and Leeds, with a badge and sponsor on.

So much imagination and thought has gone into the most boring kit possible.

It's yet another pathetic effort. What happened to creating something different and unique, like the old South Wales echo away shirt Sven posted above? I had the home shirt and it's still my favourite ever City shirt with the unique design.

Why do our kits have to be so boring all the time now?

The important bit is the badge; and I thought people might be ‘happy’ about that alone

The shirt itself is smart by standards and will be quite smart to wear casually this summer

Agree with you, and if everyone bought this shirt instead of the blue dragon one, it would send a big message; although, it seems someone somewhere inside the corridors of power appears to have made a great decision to use the ‘traditional’ Bluebird logo!

Had a media message this morning and I have to say I really like it; particularly because it has the ‘proper’ badge on it!

I haven’t ordered a shirt for quite some time (the last blue one before the red saga) but I’ve ordered this one and look forward to wearing it with pride
