I agree which is why I said the extreme elements of immigrants , of course there are those who come here adapt to the british way of life and contribute to society but I believe we really do need to start clamping down hard on those who come here illegally with no intentions of integrating

I'll accept that the current government haven't done enough to tackle immigration but as Jock said, it's a problem that came way before this government.

You could go as far back as Tony Blair. In my opinion, he's the best Prime Minister this country has ever had. But his only big mistake was encouraging immigration to such high levels and it's led to the amount of immigration we now have.

I also don't believe Farage would solve it and neither would his party, given that half of them were involved in the Conservative government that didn't solve it.

Farage is like Corbyn, albeit with very different political views. They are great at pointing out what's wrong and all that, but wouldn't be able to solve it if they were sat in Number Ten.

I said I'm a centrist, slightly left of centre maybe. That doesn't make me "on the left". That would suggest I'm in the same space as Polanski and I am definitely 100% not there.
