Everyone waiting for me to say something, I am not commenting ,haha.

To be fair Monty, I hope we can bring in one or two before Cork.

Championship obviously a tougher league so I'm more keen for us to make additions before the players go away compared to last summer.

Similar to us signing Trott early, he was already on loan there.

Good player whenever I saw Birmingham on TV.

Lets hope this doesn't happen

If Rubin was to leave I would like to think he would go somewhere better than Wolves

I cannot see him leaving to be frank, i think all the players are looking forward to giving it a go under BBM in the championship ,but his value keeps rising, which is a good thing.

It’s true.

Pundits rate him, opposition fans rate him and other clubs rate him.

It seems the only ones that don’t are a few posters on here! His OWN ‘fans’

Apparently Swansea have accepted a 10 million bid from stoke for Galbraith, I thought he may have gone to a lower prem team

If true says a lot about Swansea that a player prefers Stoke rather than stay? :o

A couple more to sell as well, the last few windows will make them a few quid.

Stoke have been very busy this transfer window. Have probably spent over 20m so far on several players.

We are currently one of a handful of teams that have not signed anyone yet (not incl Trott). Watford, Sheff Utd and surprisingly Wrexham have been very quiet also.

Defo thought we would have replaced Wintle quickly. Didn't expect a glut of signings straight away but thought 1 would have come through the door.

The question is will that money go into the squad or straight over to the US of A on an instant transatlantic wire? :?

I’m also surprised Galbraith didn’t go up to the Premier League, but it seems 17th Stoke City are gambling on a real push this season, whist the Swans are busy selling their assets again

An odd move for both clubs, but for me, at our club currently, it’s not about ‘money spent’ under BBM; it’s about selecting the right players, managing them with trust and a game plan

Going to be an interesting season in the Championship, that’s for sure! :ayatollah:

Hearing rumblings that even with better preparation, and more clarity on who the club is targeting - the bottlenecks at exec level still exist

Not doubting the gist of what you’re getting at but letting the fans know who we’re targeting would be madness.

You don't just say I want him Mr chairman and expect him to say ok we'll sighn him today?
There is such a thing as an agent maybe another club aswell to protract negotiations..... why do people think its simple buying players.. and why blame hyarchy for something that has not happened ?
There's not much activity in market just couple movements here and there but will pick up as month goes on

Because they spent too much time playing Football Manager on their Playstation/Nintendo/Megadrive/whatever & think that's how it all works in real life.

The above replies are misreading what I’m saying. I’m not suggesting I’ve been given names. Very happy for people to write this off as nonsense if you’d like to. I’m also not expecting a fifa like approach to transfer dealings - but that one gave me a good laugh so thank you for that.
