Yes hopefully one day perhaps we could put Millwall fans up there this coming season i am sure they would shift a few seats .ha ha.

I'm usually the opposing end of opinion on a Monty topic (which is fine, horses for courses etc) - but I agree on this one. It's a simple line item on an agenda of the righteous fan meetings. That and the removal of the icon on the badge. If it's not an agenda topic, nothing will get done.

The red seats are an eye sore. All blue would make our home look more home.

Worcester then has an equal valid point; would I rather change to blue over a quality winger (for an example) - then no, I could live with them.

Both would be nice..

When do you suggest it gets done then ? the season after the next, or the one after that or not at all

Monty, separately to the infamous shirts, I personally don’t see the issue with the red seats; particularly with Wales using the stadium, but maybe it helps that I sit with my back to them! :laughing6:

Never seems to stop the ‘big game tourists’ from buying them when open, and I genuinely think we have other priorities at the club and the monies involved would be far better spent in other areas :ayatollah:

It was a topic about the seats wish I had not mentioned it, obviously it's low down on priorities ,but by the looks of it most seem happy with the red or cannot be bothered either way , but it would be interesting to know how much if would cost I am sure it is not going to cost the earth .

I think most posters on here see your posts as being on the negative side in general.
Not this post in particular but due to your reputation.

Now I’m not having a go at you here and it’s a valid point you make about the red seats even though it’s been done to death.

For my view, it doesn’t particularly bother me especially as it’s our national team’s stadium and colours.

Get some big blue tarps to cover them up for or our games and take them off for the Welsh games.
We could even get sponsors on them and help pay for them. Massive bluebird in the middle, job done. :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

I think we should focus on new transfers which would help us to get promoted whenever that is. And then
if we do get promoted we can then think about changing the colour of the seats due to the big cash boost for promotion
But until then I think we should shelve the issue on the seat colours regardless of our plea for it to change.
And then if promotion happens we probably sell out every home game hiding the red seats so would technically be pointless to do it.

Because I expected him to leave you idiot.

Next week from you it will be "WHERE ARE OUR NEW SIGNINGS"

You're pathetic day after day and everyone on here knows you just want to run the club down at every opportunity.

Remember last summer when you were constantly moaning about no signings? And how did the season end?

You're probably gutted deep down that we got promoted at the first attempt because you were forced to be positive about our season.

If it a straight choice in finding funds for transfers or changing the seats I would go for transfers.
However given that the seats are rarely used during our home matches then why not simply cover them in a blue material or possibly paint them blue. Painting them seems to be fairly cheap and one off option.

Seriously? :laughing6:

To take each seat off, tape it up and spray it then when it dries out re attach it back on?
Or just spray them in situ? Get paint everywhere.

I’ll have a word with Mr. Tan now …

Yeah, good shout about the painter but from what I heard of him it would take him about 3 years to complete the job!
