FULL TIME IN THE TITLE DECIDER:
CELTIC 3-1 HEARTS
CELTIC WIN THE SCOTTISH PREMIERSHIP
Sat May 16, 2026 1:35 pm
Hearts will be broken over that today
But the league is seriously corrupt when you look at the decisions in celtic and hearts last few games it's obvious they did everything in their power to set up this game as a decider

They are absolute idiots. If Hearts had won the league before this final-day decider, it would have generated far more interest and excitement around Scottish football. People love seeing a team outside the usual dominance genuinely challenge for the title.
Now, it will just go down as another Celtic league win, one of many and before long it’ll be forgotten.
What people will remember instead is the perception of how corrupt Scottish football is. As a Cardiff fan who never really paid much attention to the Scottish league before, that’s now the main impression I’m left with. And honestly, I've already forgotten about Celtic winning another tittle when I saw our new away kit!!

Can someone please explain how ON EARTH this is onside? Hearts have been absolutely robbed at the death.
A very dark day for Scottish football

I can explain it.
See those guys in the claret shirts, their last player obviously has a very long right arm which is in front of the Celtic player but we cannot see it as we're not in the tin pot league or it's a stitch up, you decide.

I hate Celtic and feel Hearts have been robbed of the title but unfortunately that decision was correct.
The pass wasn't to the player in the offside position but to the Celtic player Infront of him who is onside and received the ball.

Surely he’s interfering with play though as he’s gained an advantage by being there and scoring shortly afterwards

I don't think that's part of the offside rule anymore but I may be wrong.

f*cking embarrassing cheating up there I've never seen anything like it the last few games for Celtic win it. I know that league standard isn't the best like div 2 budget teams and stuff but jesus I couldn't watch that up there for them to give Celtic it every season

I can’t see why it wouldn’t be given. Start ruling goals like that offside it won’t make it a better game.

Totally Unacceptable:
Hearts players were attacked by Celtic fans who stormed the pitch before the match had even finished to celebrate the title win this afternoon.
Completely unacceptable scenes.
And final minutes Never Completed
Scottish Football a Complete Joke

Under the rules of Scottish football if the game is not able to finish because of the actions of one set of fans the game is considered to be abandoned&the opposition team is awarded the game on a 3-0 score is applied, I can’t see the SFA penalising their favourite team #\o/<o>\o/
