RIP Dai, I remember working with you just over 20 years ago. I must say you made the job challenging but you livened the place up especially when you dropped a pile of wooden pallets on to the owners new car

.
I will miss you down the City it'll be a lot quieter without your passionate support

Strangely enough I first came across him at reading Shaun goater was up front for them he kept shouting feed the rabbit and he will score getting promotion at reading yesterday would have delighted him as he was a true bluebird fan totally committed to the club yes he could be a pain at times but he was our pain but deep down we all really loved him rip dai

Terrible news regarding the death of Dai Hunt...we know we have lost many fans this year but Dai was a legend at Cardiff City! What does everyone think about marking his passing by placing a wreath on the pitch for him and all of our fans lost this season on the last home game of the season? Perhaps the supporters club can do something.

Such a character. RIP Dai.

RIP.
Cardiff city was his life. Nothing else mattered. He was good at drawing faces apparently, and mentioned it often on the radio wales phone in.
I often saw him by the players cars... He didnt have a good word to say about Wayne Nash and being banned from certain areas of the stadium

RIP Dai, a true Cardiff City Fanatic.
I always remember a story going around a few years ago, that Dai was seen riding his moped past a group of City fans, and he did the Ayatollah, and subsequently fell off.....Don't know if the story is true, but it made me chuckle.

If anybody gets news on when the City legend gets laid to rest can they please post it on the forum as I'd like to show my respect and attend, I would think a lot of other City fans would also like to attend as well.

First came across Dai 37 years ago whilst standing on the bob bank and he nearly perforated my ear drum with that horn of his.
Was hell of a character and definitely Cardiff City Mad.
Will never forget his appearance on Pointless to which is worth a watch.
RIP Dai, you will certainly be missed.

Yes Rick it is true, he was going home from work (worked with me) in Llandow, he did the ayotollah, fell of his scooter near the Culver roundabout and got his leg stuck under the hot exhaust pipe, he had to spend a week or so in Morriston Hosp in Swansea to have skin grafts. I popped around his house to see how he was doing and met his mother who was a lovely woman and was English from the South East.
CCS will be a quieter place with Dai missing..RIP.
