I’m still trying to get my head around these figures, as the percentages between income and expenditure after such a sh1t season is surreal!

Gross mismanagement, a fact of life for any team in ‘modern’ football, or something else? :?

I’ve always been one who advocates ‘cutting our cloth accordingly’, but looking at those figures, we’d be in deep trouble without a benefactor; Tan or (preferably) anyone else!
This is OUR club, not Vincent Tan’s! He is a temporary custodian and will be judged on the state he leaves us in when he leaves!

It’s all relative ain’t it?

We have been losing money for yonks.

I’m as unhappy with being this much in debt as I was when the Riddler was running us and we were in lots of debt, losing money every month. Then we couldn’t pay bills without selling players. When that Avenue stopped we had no means to pay and HMRC were looking to fold us or at very least put us into administration.

When Sam was running us we were losing money. The amounts were relative to income and again with no one to pay bills players had to be sold to do so including our captain for 300k to avoid administration. I was unhappy then too.

Tan is running a shit show. We are losing money in larger proportion than before but the previous mismanagement has to be considered a factor. We have never had a chance to stabilise. We did that somewhat in January and he was accused of no ambition so we can’t have it every way to suit ourselves.

Relative to how much money Tan has though we are a lot safer than we were under Riddler or Sam. That’s a simple fact.

It played a factor no doubt when he first came in but we can't keep blaming it on owners who haven't been here for nearly 2 decades, he's had enough time to turn it around but his handling of this club has put us in more debt somehow

When Tan bought K v kortrijk they were in no debt and just like us got relegated last season and for the last 4-5 years Tan has had to put money in every month just to keep them afloat now(sound familiar)

So is sam or the riddler responsible for k v kortrijk too?

SPOT ON / THE CURRENT REGIME HAVE BEEN HERE 15YRS AND EVERY THING IS 1,000% DOWN TO HOW THE PRESENT REGIME.

Oxford United Fan Maccydee / Neil continues to bring previous owners in to what’s happening today.

Which is total madness

He needs to keep his comments and worries about Oxford United.

I’m not doing that at all and you know it.

I’m saying that we have been in debt for all the time I’ve been a Cardiff fan apart from with Rick Wright.

Had he stabilised us and not invested he would be accused of no ambition and asked why no signings by the guy calling me an Oxford fan.

Is he a Balearas fan because he goes to watch them and no longer a Cardiff fan and no longer entitled to an opinion on Cardiff?
