Those that stay away now because of the current ownership would probably attend if we were in the premier league .tans redbirds/dragons averaged 29000

Exactly. Bet they didn't stay away because of Tan for the Chelsea game.

It's just a helpful excuse they can use.

Agree i did stay away from chelsea game on principle.

There are 3 separate groups:

- Those who left and stayed away regardless of the size of the game

- Those who stayed and supported the club (not the regime) because they love the club in spite of the (temporary) owner

- Those who select their games, according to the opposition, but tell others they’re staying away from the club ‘because of Tan

That last group need to make their minds up which it is; but the crowd swell for games such as the Chelski one, suggest more than a little hypocrisy! :ayatollah:
