I’m not sure who is directly to blame, but I’m thinking that this is Ken Choo’s domain, as CEO; although the ultimate buck stops at the top!

It needs sorting and it needs sorting quickly, or this will be several steps backward in a season of (mainly) forward ones, thanks to the efforts of BBM!

‘They’ say “It was an unforeseen issue and is in hand to be sorted by the end of next week and won’t affect transfer plans”, so as you say, it sounds like it will be sorted; but it’s another ‘unnecessary issue’ added to the long list in recent years!

I guess we’ll all know in the next few days or so!

Welll this is a surprise NOT , This is obviously been done deliberately. No communication again , fans left in the dark again , WHO IS ACTUALLY RUNNING THE CLUB ? IS ANYONE ?

I thought the clowns must find a way to ruin how much I’ve been enjoying supporting my football club this year

Just as the club was enjoying some positively not just on the pitch but as a hole .
The clubs owners seem to always manage to ruin anything productive about the club.
Bbm is being watched by other clubs he loves it here .
Issue is he wants to build on his already half season success but with an embargo in place yet again are hands afe tied.

They really have no clue do they now all the doom and gloom will be allowed to filter back in and that runs onto the pitch.
This really is a bad situation a stain on a good half season that might be the contribution to us staying in this league.
Its absolutely pathetic they couldn't run a tape between any of them .

Fans will be angry again and for good reason tan has flicked the switch from green to red again now been quite for a while here we go again .

Whose job is it to do this?

This isn’t a good look on our club.

It’s even more embarrassing for the manager and players to be working for such a bunch of amateurs.

Someone needs to answer for yet another embarrassing mistake at our club.

You wouldn’t think we were top of the league and favourites to go up, with these bunch of clowns in charge.

Thankfully we have a great manager and squad.

If 23 other clubs can submit there's on time then so can we:

The Bluebirds are now unable to sign players after the EFL imposed an embargo upon them

Under EFL rules, each club must submit to the league their annual accounts for the financial year 2024/25 by December 31. It would appear the Bluebirds missed that deadline.

Until Cardiff City Submit their Accounts they can not bring New Players in.

According to the EFL website, the reason for the enforcement of the embargo is due to "P&S Rule 2.4.1 - Non-submission of Annual Accounts".

Cardiff City given a transfer embargo by EFL for non-submission of 24/25 accounts by the 31 December deadline.

This means Cardiff cannot sign any players during the current window until they send in the figures.

They've submitted them to companies house but not the efl by the looks of it ,the accounts dont need to be into companies house by March.

Just goes to show that no one at board level has learned from mistakes in the past, they have got lucky by appointing BBM and we look good in the league but this club will not progress further with these clowns in charge of us

I want Tan to leave but equally I am not going to get worked up by this. Its a simple admin breach not a points deduction for financial irregularity. Wait till the end of the window and see what happens rather than frothing at the mouth now. Tan needs this promotion for his own pocket remember. The squad as it is can also win promotion so was never expecting the club to throw money around in January. A couple if quality loans and Rubin comibg back should see us through.

Why not just explain what the unforeseen circumstances out of the clubs hands is? Guessing Glen has obviously been asked not to publish the reason and considering he is a reporter whose business it is to report, you have to wonder what that reason is considering the negativity it generates. If the auditor they use has failed in their responsibilities, which does happen, then just state it and leave it to them explain it further.

2.4.1 have not filed accounts. The club are either f*cking lazy and people can't do there jobs or are hiding something it's one or the other. People will try to defend the undefendable on This forum but the bottom line is this is just that as stated by the EFL. Williams is nothing but a puppet for the goons at our club they will try say it's somebody else's fault that's how stupid they think we are. It's all baffling how shit the clubs run

What a disappointment!!
We may have a decent squad that should be capable of promotion, but at the same time I suppose BBM will understand the bunch of clowns we have in the board room which could hamper our needs to strengthen in the future.
This could play a big part in his decision to stay or move on, if one or two other progressive clubs show interest in his services between now and the summer!
